Create an onboarding experience for new Bank of Hawaii customers who open a deposit account through online channels or at a branch.
Ensure customers they made the right choice in choosing Bank of Hawaii and show we are more personable than the other local banks.
A welcome center that provides customers with the information on what to expect, what tools they can use to enhance their banking experience, tips on how to stay connected, ways to get in touch with banking representatives and help in setting financial goals.
I worked directly with the product owner and project manager to define the needs and create a set of low fidelity wireframes. The wireframes were then refined using existing components from the website library. I selected the imagery and wrote copy for the components in the pages. I connected with the Brand team to refine imagery and copy so they aligned with the Bank of Hawaii brand guidelines.
